Yes! For guests that will be staying at the designated hotel with us, we will be arranging shuttles for transportation to and from the venue. For guests staying at the SpringHill Suites Hotel, three shuttle buses will depart promptly for the wedding between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM. Please note that there will be no additional shuttle trips to the venue, so we kindly ask that you plan to be on one of these three departures if you are relying on this service. If you have only booked the hotel for Friday, June 12th, please be aware that check-in is typically not available until 3:00 PM. This may leave very little time to check in before boarding the shuttle, and in some cases you may run out of time and need to check in after the wedding when returning to the hotel. If you would prefer more time to get ready or settle in, we recommend considering booking an additional night (Thursday, June 11th) so you can enjoy a more relaxed arrival. Shuttles back to the hotel will start running at 10:00 PM, as the reception comes to an end. The after party will be held at the SpringHill Suites Hotel bar.
Our dress code is "Garden Cocktail". This can mean midi to long dresses, suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt and jacket - ties are optional. Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place on site at Unionville Vineyards. Most of the wedding festivities will take place on a tented patio so please dress comfortably for a warm June evening. You will be walking on gravel and grass throughout the venue as well as on the patio, so please keep that in mind when choosing your dancing shoes!
If you are organizing your own transportation, please arrive to the venue between 4:00 and 4:15 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Arriving a bit early allows time for guests to park if needed, find their seats and get settled so we are all ready to begin on time!
Yes! If you are driving, there is parking available on the grounds at Unionville Vineyards. You will turn onto Unionville's driveway from Rocktown Road and there will be clear directives for where to park your car.
Invited guests and plus ones, if included, will be clearly indicated when you receive your save the date, your invitation, and when you RSVP online. We have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We have hired amazing photographers and videographers to fulfill this purpose and want to make sure they are able to do their jobs to the best of their ability without any distractions and/or obstructions. We encourage you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. Thank you for understanding!
