Is there transportation to and from the hotels/Charlottesville to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There will be a bus pick-up point from downtown Charlottesville either the Omni or the Residence Inn by Marriott (exact location TBD) to Early Mountain Vineyard from 3:30pm-4:15pm to arrive to Early Mountain between 4:15-5:00PM. The buses will also be taking guests from Early Mountain Vineyard back to the pick-up point beginning at 10:00PM.

Are children allowed at the reception?

We respectfully request no children under 16 at the reception, we want this to be your night off!

If we are traveling for the wedding but cannot bring the kids, are there nanny services available?

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.
