How And When Should I RSVP?

Answer

Online RSVPs are now available! The back of your invitation includes a scannable QR code link to the RSVP page. Your name is listed in the system as the invitation was addressed to you. Please submit your online RSVP by April 30, 2025 at the latest.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes additional guests, please RSVP for them as well. This is an intimate, space-limited event, so we politely request that only people listed on your invitation be present. Rest assured, you will be seated with people you know!

Are kids welcome?

We love your children, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but this will be an adults-only event.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony is formal garden attire. Please leave shorts, jeans, and other casual wear at home, but feel free to get fun with colors and accessories. For men: formal wear in lighter colors; tie optional. For women: summer dresses, floral prints, and bright colors. We encourage all guests to dress comfortably for summer heat and dancing, or at least so you can easily get comfortable (e.g. by taking off your jacket).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

On-site parking is available for all guests. Vehicles may be left on-site overnight, but should be picked up by 10:00 AM the following morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrange for transportation to and from the venue. If you use rideshares (Uber, Lyft, etc), please note that the venue is not in Tallahassee proper and return rides may be less available late at night. See the Travel page for more details.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be making an effort to include gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly options. If you're concerned about a different issue, please let us know.
