Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5 PM. We recommend that guests arrive by 4:45 PM to allow enough time to park in the garage and walk to the Pilot House. The ceremony space is located upstairs, and guests will take the elevator once they arrive inside.
Our ceremony and reception will take place indoors in the Pilot House, overlooking beautiful Lake Michigan. During cocktail hour, guests are invited to step out onto the patio or balcony to take in the views, or remain indoors and explore the exhibits.
Trolley transportation will be provided from Hotel Metro departing at 4:10 PM and Tru by Hilton departing at 4:30 PM. Trolley service back to both hotels will run every 30 minutes from 8:30 PM - 12: 00 AM. Complimentary parking is available at Discovery World in the underground garage. Please note that the garage closes at midnight and overnight parking is not permitted.
