Asheville Regional Airport

Asheville Regional Airport is located 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. There are many flight options! However, you could also check other nearby airports like Charlotte Douglas International Airport, but it's a two-hour drive.

Shuttle to and from wedding

Transportation will be provided on Friday May 9 (wedding day!) from the Haywood Park Hotel. For guests staying outside of these accommodations, please feel free to meet at the hotel for transportation to our big day! Meeting time will be 2:15 PM and buses will leave at 2:30 PM sharp. Transportation will also be provided at the end of the evening back to the Haywood Park Hotel. So, take advantage of our open bar! Keep in mind, our wedding venue is situated on a mountain that has a VERY steep, gravel driveway to the top. There are parking spots at the base of the venue for those who want to drive, but note you'll have to take a shuttle to the top. Please plan accordingly and arrive early.

This hotel is conveniently located one block away from the Haywood Park Hotel where the other room block is located, and shuttles will be picking up/dropping off.
