We are so excited to have all members of our families, including children, present at our wedding. At this time we are not extending invitations to non-family member children. Our venue has a large house with several rooms available throughout the evening. Parents are welcome to let their kids crash as the night goes on. If there is interest, we can consider a babysitter.
Yes, but it is somewhat limited. Please do let us know if you're considering driving and see the Wedding Day Transportation tab.
Yes, please do! We are working closely with an excellent chef to tailor inclusive, tasty meals.
We are hosting a welcome party on Thursday May 8, 2025 at the Wicked Weed Funkatorium - our favorite brewery in Asheville, and the one we visited in 2018 after our first backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail. Please RSVP if you're interesting in joining! After our reception ends at 11:00 PM on Friday, we plan to continue the party in downtown Asheville! Please join. We will be sticking around Asheville the rest of the weekend and would love to see all of you again. If you're interested in joining for brunch or drinks on Saturday or Sunday, let us know so we can make reservations accordingly. :)
Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding ceremony/reception. Please meet at the Haywood Park Hotel at 2:15 PM.
Yes, there is! We are going "all out" for our wedding, and hope you will too. For women, we suggest floor-length gowns. Dresses do not need to be Cinderella ballgowns, but we love a fancy dress! For men, we suggest black or dark-colored suits. No tuxedos, please, unless you've been otherwise asked.
