We are hoping that everyone will be able to travel on the same flight, but we understand that this might not be possible for everyone. Here are some important information to keep in mind when planning to visit Brazil. The wedding is happening on November 16th 2024 (Saturday) in the city of São Roque which is about two hours from Guarulhos International Airport (GRU) which is the primary international airport serving São Paulo. We are planning to get a direct overnight flight from Dallas or Miami to São Paulo in order to make the trip as easy and smooth as possible. This means that you will have to get a flight from your state to Dallas/Miami. For those traveling for only a week, we suggest booking your flight at least three days before the wedding day so you will have time adjust. It will be better if you could leave on the 12th of November as that weekend will be a holiday weekend in Brazil and we want to avoid the airport during this time, but if it is not possible it is totally fine. Since we are having two groups travelling to Brazil in different times, we would like to ask for everyone to travel in one of these groups to facilitate airport pick-up. Flight

Aeroporto Internacional de Guarulhos

This is the biggest international airport in Brazil. In case you would like to use other airline, the following ones also have flights to Brazil: Delta, United, Copa Airlines, Latam and Avianca. The last two are South American Airlines. Tickets varies in price, it all depends if you guys are willing to have longer flights and layovers.

This is a more laid back and rustic hotel. It is also on the same street as the reception location.

This hotel is located in downtown São Roque. It is closer to the church and about 10 minutes by car from the reception location.

This is another option if you would like to be close to the reception as the hotel is in the same area just across the highway.
