When is the RSVP deadline?

Online – Since you’re already here, why not take a few seconds to do it now? RSVP'ing through our wedding website is the fastest and easiest way, plus it helps us keep an accurate headcount.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Matt and I met at a time where we each had lived independently for many years. Because of this, we have way too much stuff and several duplicates of things! Your presence at our wedding is gift enough! However, if you would like to give, below is our Venmo and PayPal information. Please feel free to visit our Registry on this site to donate as well. Is there a dress code?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be OUTDOORS. Please plan to dress for the occasion should we have the ceremony outside. We ask that guests dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire. For men, a suit or dress slacks with a nice shirt is perfect. Women can wear a cocktail dress, pantsuit, or dress pants with a stylish top.

Can I bring a date?

Your invitation will clearly state who is invited. In some cases, names will be listed. If your invite includes a plus-one, you’re welcome to bring an adult guest!

We are fortunate to know so many beautiful families with precious children, so we would love to see them! Invitations will clearly state if your children are invited.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be plenty of parking at The Venue. Ceremony and reception are at the same place, so once you park, you are good to go!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocked rooms available at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn and Suites (5148 Cartwright Dr., Kokomo, 46902) starting Friday, October 23rd through Sunday, October 25th with a rate of $124 per night. Please feel free to make your reservation online at https://app.marriott.com/reslink?id=1763156860090&key=GRP&app=resvlink or you can call the front desk at (765) 926-3100 and let them know you would like to book a room for the Racine wedding. There are also surrounding hotels near the Fairfield by Marriott Inn and Suites including a Holiday Inn Express, Hilton, and a Courtyard if those are a preference (however, no blocked rooms or fixed rates with them).

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

One token per adult will be given to guests to redeem for one free drink at the bar. Once the token is used, cash bar is available.

What are the rules of the venue?

Answer

The two biggest rules of the venue: Do not bring your own alcohol and do not vape/smoke in the building or on the patio. Vaping/smoking are allowed in the parking lot.
