What time should we arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to grab a seat before the ceremony begins.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Everything will be at The Barn at Bull Meadow. No extra travel needed.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony/cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception indoors.

Do you have hotel blocks?

Answer

Yes! We reserved rooms at The Courtyard by Marriott. You can find booking info on the Travel tab.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

We will have a shuttle running between the hotel and our venue, so you can relax and enjoy the night without worrying about transportation. More details on timing will be shared closer to the big day!

Is there enough parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There's plenty of parking available at the venue. However, we'll also have a shuttle running from the hotel if you'd prefer to leave the driving to someone else.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love our guests to join us in semi-formal attire. Since we're celebrating in the spring/summer, we encourage light, fun, and cheerful colors to match the season. Most importantly, wear something you feel comfortable dancing in and ready to celebrate.
