If you are afraid of heights.... this is not the hike for you! High scenic views and a steep trail, however if you don't mind the up, up, and away feeling, the hike is well worth the cave tour. Learn a little history on how the people who used to live in the area were basically mountain goats. Remember to bring water for both the up and down trail.
