When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please RVSP as soon as possible, our deadline is June 6th, 2026. If you do not RSVP by this date, we'll have to mark you as no. Thank you!

How do I rsvp?

Answer

Please feel free to RSVP via our wedding website or by returning your RSVP card included with your invitation. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Williams Sonoma and Honeyfund! You can find direct links on the “Registry” tab of our website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm! Please arrive to the ceremony before that time to give yourself time to park, have a drink, get seated, and chat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we have a black tie optional dress code. Feel to dress to the nines in a tux or formal gown, or opt for a suit or a floor length dress. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, cream, champagne, or anything close to white, we'd like to reserve that for the bride on our special day. Thank you!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Answer

While we love your kids, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved blocks of rooms at Hotel Indigo East End. When booking, mention “Vincenzi & Finkelstein Wedding Block” for a discount. We have a limited number of rooms reserved, we recommend booking sooner rather than later. You will not pay for the room until you check in and you can cancel up until the day before the reservation.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the garden on gravel and paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Directions to the venue can be found in the Travel section of our wedding website. We recommend using Google Maps for accurate navigation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available. The parking lot is located on the side of the building, just a short walk from the entrance. Keep an eye out for signs or helpful attendants to guide you once you arrive.

What is on the menu?

Answer

We will have a chicken, meat, and fish option on the menu including a vegetarian option. All entrées will be gluten-free. When you RSVP, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Are you having an after party?

Answer

Yes! We will be having an afterparty at the Hotel Indigo in Riverhead! This is the hotel where we have a block. There will be some light bites and a cash bar. We would love to have you come or stop by on your way home!
