While we want to celebrate with our loved ones, this is a difficult time for everyone. Many of our loved ones will be unable to attend the wedding due to travel restrictions, health concerns, or other various reasons. We will attempt to have a virtual wedding for those individuals who still want to join us for the celebration even while afar. For the ones that will be in attendance, we will have a number of precautions that we are instituting so that this can remain a joyous occasion while being safe. 1) We are mandating masks when not at the reception table or sufficiently distanced from others. 2) During the ceremony, the chairs will be distanced as much as possible. If someone would like, there are tables in the back and a balcony for those who have further concerns. 3) At the reception, the tables will be assigned (not the seats) as we will attempt to sit individuals who are regularly around one another so that the exposure rate is lessened while eating unmasked. 4) There will be hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue. 5) All catering and bar staff will be wearing masks and utilizing safe handling practices. Note: We are thankful that many of those in attendance were fortunate enough to get the vaccine. However, we still ask that everyone wear masks while in attendance. To add some extra precaution, we suggest that those with underlying conditions either contact us or purchase their own N-95 mask. While we know that this is a lot, our priority is the health and safety of those we care about. If there are further recommendations, please let us know as we are continuously trying to stay up-to-date with precautionary practices.
