What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to join us in celebrating with a Cocktail “Garden Party” dress code! Think cocktail attire, but with a touch of whimsy. Florals, pastels, ruffles, and soft, flowy fabrics are all encouraged! Whether it’s a floral dress or a nice dress shirt with slacks, we want everyone to feel comfortable, stylish, and ready to dance the night away! In observing polite wedding etiquette, guests are not permitted to wear white or colors close to white such as beige or cream.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

All of the bridesmaids will be wearing shades of pink!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors in the courtyard garden and the reception will be held indoors at the attached dance hall.

When should I rsvp?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by Saturday, September 13, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as they will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There are plenty of parking options nearby. Please check out the "Parking" tab on this website for more details!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:00pm. We recommend guests arrive around 2:30pm so there is time to find parking, mingle a bit, and find a seat. If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight, and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Absolutely! We adore your little ones and can’t wait to make special memories with them on our big day. That said, if you prefer to enjoy a kid-free evening, please feel free to do so—we completely understand and support whatever works best for your family!

Do we have to stay in one of the hotel blocks?

Answer

Absolutely not! We have just listed suggestions of nearby places to stay, feel free to search & stay somewhere that fits your budget!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The bar will be open from 3:45 PM - 11:00 PM.

Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?

Answer

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. We recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber) for transportation or staying at a hotel in walking distance if you plan on drinking!

Answer

We are so incredibly grateful for your kindness and generosity, and we truly appreciate any gifts that help us begin this next chapter together! If you plan on gifting a check, please sign it to either "Matthew Erickson" or "Karrah LaSavage" (for the time being) to avoid any issues with our bank.

Due to venue capacity limits, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to share this special day with you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, definitely! Your health and comfort are important to us. Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to ensure there’s a meal that’s safe and delicious for you.
