Complimentary transportation will be provided for guests staying at Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. Schedule: 4:00PM: Charter Bus arrives to Homewood Suites by Hilton / Hilton Garden Inn for guest pick up. Please note that pickup will take place at a central location in the parking lot between the two hotels. This arrangement allows for safe and reliable access for the bus. 4:10PM: Bus departs for Cedar Oaks Farm. 4:45PM: Bus arrives for guest drop off. 10:00-10:15PM: Guest pick up / bus departs for Homewood Suites by Hilton / Hilton Garden Inn. 10:35-10:50PM: Arrive for guest drop off.
