The ceremony will start at 5:00 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. Complimentary transportation will be provided for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites. See below or Travel page for more information.
Our wedding attire is cocktail. Tea-length to long dresses, and jumpsuits, dark suits and ties, etc. are preferred.
Yes, complimentary transportation will be provided for guests staying at Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn to and from the wedding venue. Please note that pickup will take place at a central location in the parking lot between the two hotels. This arrangement allows for safe and reliable access for the bus. Schedule: 4:00PM: Charter Bus arrives to Homewood Suites by Hilton / Hilton Garden Inn for guest pick up. 4:10PM: Bus departs for Cedar Oaks Farm. 4:45PM: Bus arrives for guest drop off. 10:00-10:15PM: Guest pick up / bus departs for Homewood Suites by Hilton / Hilton Garden Inn. 10:35-10:50PM: Arrive for guest drop off.
