Madison Dane County Airport is definitely the most convenient airport. Flights can get expensive, so we recommend you book your flight well in advance and keep an eye on prices!

This will be the primary hotel where the shuttle will stop. The block was expanded on 11/3 and will currently close 11/16. Make reservations here early! MKE is another alternative to Madison. Southwest and Delta are some main airlines. The drive will be about 1.5 hours. Keep in mind that winter weather can cause additional delays.

O'Hare may be a more cost efficient option for those flying in from out of town. Driving in from O'Hare takes approximately 2.5 hours. Keep in mind- weather and tolls!

One of the most picturesque and luxurious hotels in Madison! Settled right on one of the lakes, most rooms have a direct lake view. The hotel is also beautiful around the holidays. The Edgewater does not offer room blocks this time of year.
