Your invitation will indicate if you are allowed to bring a plus one.
Yes there will be available parking for both the ceremony and reception. There is a map for parking at the ceremony on the Wedding Day Details page, and the reception will have plenty around the venue. If you are not staying at the Royal Park Hotel please park near the south entrance of the building. That is where the reception will be.
