We wanted our ceremony and reception to be held at a place that would not just be special for us, but those attending. Carondelet House (pronounced: cuh-ron-duh-lay) is just that.
This brick-inlaid Italian Villa was made for the most fabulous of bellissima festas. Originally built in 1926 as a residence for one of the most prominent architects in LA, Carondelet House has been everything from a speakeasy, to a swingers club, to the headquarters for the Otis College of Art and Design. Warm hardwood floors, high-beamed ceilings, a beautiful fireplace and cool courtyards make this Italian bauble a gem in the glittering sea of Los Angeles event venues.
Important Notes!
1) Daylight savings occurs the day of our wedding! Oops! Fortunately we gain an hour, but make sure your clocks are adjusted appropriately, or you will miss the ceremony!
2) The 2024 election takes place 2 days after the wedding. Make sure your absentee ballots are mailed in accordingly!
