We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is A Midsummer Night's Cocktail Party. Think florals, ruffles, statement sleeves-we want you to have fun! We ask that you please refrain from wearing white or ivory. The ceremony will be held outdoors so please keep that in mind when choosing your shoes.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30PM. We ask that you arrive by 3PM to allow time to park, enjoy some champagne and find a seat.
Yes! In addition to a shuttle bus there will be plenty of parking and a parking attendant to keep things organized. Feel free to also take advantage of any carshare services-the venue is about a 15 minute drive from downtown Ithaca.
Due to the size of our venue we can only accommodate so many people. Unless otherwise stated on your invitation, there are no other plus one's.
While we love kids, we have decided to keep our wedding an adult only event with the exception of those little ones who are a part of our ceremony.
For the ceremony: we kindly request that you enjoy this special moment with us and leave all cellphones and cameras in your purse or pocket. Our photographer Rachel and her assistant will be there to capture the ceremony in its entirety! We will, of course, share those photos with you afterward! After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures as you like!
Weather permitting, we will be holding our ceremony outside, under a forest canopy. It is a quick walk from the parking lot along a gravel path so please wear appropriate shoes. While the reception and dinner will be held indoors and in a tent, our venue offers some beautiful outdoor spaces and we encourage you to take advantage.
