Question

What about coronavirus?

Answer

We are very aware of everything pandemic and coronavirus related. We wanted to make sure all of our family and friends are safe and comfortable at our wedding and celebration which is why we made the decision last year as a family to push our Wedding Celebration to this year (2021). We will continue to keep an eye on any restrictions or recommended guidelines moving forward but hopefully we continue to see positive trends as we head towards September 2021. We do hope that those who attend take any necessary precautions before whether that be getting the vaccine or getting tested prior to if there are any doubts as we will have those in attendance that are of higher risk. We will try and have masks available for those that feel more comfortable wearing one. The venue is also outside and social distancing is very easy when it comes to the ceremony and cocktail hour. If there are any concerns and you do not feel comfortable attending we do understand and respect your choice.

Question

Zoom? What? How? Help! If anyone got our change-the-date referencing Zoom and was like "huh... whats that and how do I do that?" I am hoping this section will help.

Answer

So the best think about zoom and Zola is that they have a nifty feature set up where you can watch the zoom broadcast straight from their website. So if you come back to here on 10/18/20 at 5:50pm EST you can go to the scheduling tab and click for the virtual event and join right from the website without requiring any downloading of zoom or following a link or even setting up your own account! You can just watch directly but if you would like a link just in case something happens let me or one of our mothers know and give them a working email then I (Stephanie) will send you a reminder email a day or two before the 10/18/20 wedding with the direct link just in case. You can click that and watch from there. With this you won’t have to create an account to view but may have to download and set up zoom. So honestly whatever is easier for you. 😊 Hope to see you there!! Love you all!! ❤️ **Zoom will only be used on the 10/18/2020 mini-mony event**

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP and book any hotels by August 1st 2021.

Question

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A RSVP CARD WITH MY INVITATION, HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

We've gone paperless! Please respond through the RSVP page on our wedding website. (Keep an eye out, some guests will have multiple events and questions we need answers to) You'll be able to search by your name (works best to search by last name and always try to scroll down to look for name even if a red notice comes up saying they cannot find that name**) If your invite included additional guests/family members on the envelope you or they will be able to RSVP for the entire group. (if you are unsure on a particular person at that time, you can always leave it blank and come back to edit it on a later date)

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Garden Attire: For our romantic rustic indoor/outdoor wedding cocktail dresses, dressy maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, floral prints/fall colors, suits in lighter hues and dress pants with a blazer optional would all be appropriate. The ceremony and cocktail hour are in beautiful outdoor spaces and the ground can be a little soft, so ladies you might want to rethink the stilettos but a wider heel or flat would be fine! Dancing shoes are a must! If at all possible though please do not wear simply casual attire. We want everyone to be comfortable but still more on the classy, upscale side since it is a wedding.

Question

Is there air conditioning?

Answer

Yes! The barn/stable where the reception will be held is climate controlled for whatever temperature we have that day (who are we kidding it's Florida, it will be most likely be warm and the air conditioned stable will be nice!)

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin right at 4pm. Please arrive by 3:30 pm. This will give you a moment beforehand to enjoy the beauty of the setting and find your seat.

Question

How far is the venue from the hotels?

Answer

The hotels that were listed are approximately 6.3 miles away. Please allow for 15-20 minutes of travel time to the venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not sure at this time but will let you know closer to the wedding date. If we do provide, details will be made under the transportation tab for shuttle information. Otherwise Ubers/Lyfts will be available from the hotels to the venue. We will have also parking attendants for your vehicle if you choose to drive yourself to the venue.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes we have some hotel blocks set aside with special pricing for a limited amount of rooms. Please take a look under the Hotels tab for booking links and additional helpful information. **Hint we are staying at the Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel where my dad got great deals for those in the block including regular sized rooms with 2 free breakfasts/night/room included for $129 + tax with possible upgrades to suites or concierge floor (or access to) based on availability** An additional block has been set up at the Embassy Suites Tampa Brandon hotel also with a great deal if looking for a slightly lower cost per night; about $109 + tax/night. Each room is a suite with pull out sofa, a kitchenette, and a separate bedroom with a closing door.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your invitation lists the names of your children or says "family" then yes, they are invited and you'll be able to RSVP for your kids in our RSVP section on our website.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you are seriously dating someone we will be extending +1's as long as we have space at the venue available, if we happen to miss that you are seriously dating someone and you didn't receive a +1, please let us know. Otherwise we would appreciate if it was just you.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yep, we are registered on Zola.com. Click on the "registry" tab at the top of this web page to access it.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Great Question! We're still working out these details, and we'll let you know soon.

Question

Do we have a Hashtag #?

Answer

YES!! We do have a wedding hashtag! It is #WeFeltonLove Please use this hashtag when you are posting any pictures from our wedding weekend onto any social media platform. This way we are able to more easily gather all of the amazing photos you take and see everything you experienced during our Wedding Weekend Celebration! It is very easy to use just literally write out with the hashtag (or pound lol) symbol # followed by WeFeltonLove (no spaces) into the main post section and Voila! Thank you all in advance for sharing any pictures and if this still confuses you that's okay just text them to either me, Matt, or the moms and I make sure to get them all.
