Ceremony

This is entirely an outdoor event. August weather in Canada can vary (50-80's F), & we will be celebrating next to the river for all events. Please bring something warm to cover up if necessary, and comfortable footwear as we will be on uneven ground.
Parking is available at the Lion's Den Hall/Park where the reception will be taking place at 6 p.m. From here, it is a short walk to the ceremony grounds. There will be some walking involved between the hotel (if applicable) --> ceremony grounds (approx. 20 feet), then to --> the reception (approx. 1000 feet).
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
After enjoying some refreshments, light music and the view, please make your way to the reception tent by 5 p.m.
Dinner
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Parking is available at the Lion's Den Hall. There will be signage.
