Where should I stay?
Answer
There are plenty of hotels located downtown Phoenix, as well as in the surrounding Phoenix area! - If looking to stay at a resort with a golf course, we recommend the Legacy Golf Resort or the Arizona Grand Resort. They are both a short drive from the airport and to the venue. Unfortunately, we were unable to reserve hotel room blocks at these hotels due to it being their busy season. You can book a room through the resort's websites. - If wanting to be walking to distance to restaurants/bars, we recommend staying downtown. We have hotel room blocks at 3 hotels within walking distance of each other downtown. Hotel links and room rates can be found under the "Travel" tab of our website. What can I do downtown Phoenix?

There are lots of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, etc near the the Phoenix Convention Center and East Rosevelt Street. Be sure to check out the First Friday art walk on Roosevelt street.

Should I rent a car?
Answer
If staying downtown, you will be walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, etc. Downtown is a short drive from the airport and to the venue. You can certainly get around for the weekend using ubers/lyfts/waymos. If staying at the Legacy Golf Resort or Arizona Grand Resort, you are a short drive away from the airport and to the venue. You can certainly get around for the weekend using ubers/lyfts/waymos. If planning to explore the surrounding Phoenix area (go hiking, explore Old Town Scottsdale, etc) we recommend renting a car!

How do I get to/from the airport to downtown Phoenix?
Answer
It is approximately a 10 min drive from the Phoenix airport to downtown Phoenix. There are plenty of ubers/lyfts/waymos/taxis to get downtown. You can also take the Metro from the airport to downtown ($2) Taking the Metro to downtown: First, you will need to take the free PHX Sky Train® from Terminal 3 or 4 to the Washington St & 44th Street train station and then take the Valley Metro Rail to Downtown (Central Ave & Polk St. stop). The total journey time is around 30-40 minutes.

What is the easiest way to get to the venue?
Answer
If you have a DD, there is free parking available at the venue. Unfortunately, overnight parking is not allowed. The venue is approximately a 15 minute drive from downtown Phoenix. There are plenty of ubers/lyfts/taxis as well!

What should I wear?
Answer
The attire for the wedding is cocktail attire. (Cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets and slacks, etc)

What is the weather in Phoenix like at that time of year?
Answer
The average temperature is mid 70's-80's during the day and 50-60's during the evening. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors (weather permitting). There will be heaters in the reception area but we recommend bringing a light jacket!

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
Due to space, unless we have specifically reached out and invited your children, we ask that you leave the kids at home and enjoy a weekend getaway!
