There will be a free shuttle bus provided from both hotels to and from the reception. There will be ONE trip out to the venue from each hotel, and THREE trips back to the hotels at the end of the night. If you miss the shuttle out to the venue, there is plenty of free parking to leave your vehicle overnight if you plan to drink. SHUTTLE TO VENUE: -Holiday Inn (downtown) - departs at 4:40pm -Best Western (Blairmore) -departs at 5:15pm SHUTTLE BACK TO HOTELS: -11:15pm -12:15am -1:15/1:30am (last shuttle) Please note, the RIIDE app and local cab companies in the city do service the venue area if you plan to arrange your own safe ride. Uber does not work out there at the moment.
