Question
When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please let us know if you will be attending by September 1st, 2025. If we do not hear back from you by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend. Keep in mind, our wedding falls on Thanksgiving weekend and we understand some guests may have other family obligations, please consider this before sending in your RSVP. If you’ve RSVP'd 'yes' originally, but can no longer attend, please inform us as soon as possible!

Can my children come?
Answer
We love your little ones, but unfortunately, due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate all children as our venue is at full capacity. We hope you'll understand and still join us for a parent’s night out! Children may only attend if their names are specifically listed on your invitation. RSVPs on the website can only be made for invited guests. We have limited child invitations to our nephews, nieces, children of the bridal party, and families traveling from out of province. For new parents: We understand that leaving a new baby can be difficult. Guests with new babies can bring their child and hold them throughout the events of the day if they prefer. Please note there are limited facilities for babies on site (change tables/highchairs etc.). Please message Matt or Raeann directly if you plan to bring your baby.

How much time should I give myself to get to the venue?
Answer
The venue is 25 km from the Holiday Inn and 13 km from Best Western Blairmore. Please allow enough time to travel to the ceremony and keep city traffic in mind. Parking will be available on-site, and white wedding signage will be displayed along the road.

Is there a shuttle? What are the times?
Answer
Yes, the Red Tiger Racing bus will pick up guests from both hotels for the reception only. You will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the venue for the ceremony. Reception pick-up times will be posted closer to the date. Please refer to the Hotel section for shuttle information.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Question
Is there parking on-site for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes. There is 3 acres of open space to park on at the venue. Please park on the grass along the driveway. Signage will be posted. If you plan on driving to the venue for the reception and leaving your vehicle, you must have it picked up no later than 11am on Sunday.

Where can I find directions to the venue?
Answer
Please refer to the 'Schedule' section on this website, where you'll find a 'Map' link under both the ceremony and reception events. Clicking either link will take you to directions to the venue on Google Maps. You can also search for 'Cardinal Weddings' in any maps app for directions. Just be sure the location shows 'RM of Vanscoy' or 'Grandora,' as the venue is not located in Saskatoon.

Can I bring a +1?
Answer
Unfortunately, our venue is currently at full capacity with our invited guests. The back of your invitation will state how many seats we reserved for you/your family. If you do not require a +1 and were given one, kindly let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate others.
