A Note From The Bride
Like most little girls, I spent many years dreaming about what my wedding day would look like. The details have changed over the years, but one thing I never expected was to experience this day without my parents, especially my father, by my side. I am extremely privileged to have a large family - both biological and chosen - to comfort me and celebrate with me through this experience. I am especially grateful for my future husband, who has held my hand, hugged me, and wiped many tears shed in the process of making this experience as meaningful and exciting as possible - not just for me, but for all of you.
Matt and I want this day to be peaceful. We want our friends and family to be their most human and unfiltered selves. For this reason, we have decided not to include children outside of the wedding party in our ceremony and reception (infants are allowed). For those parents in our lives that we love dearly, we hope this is a night out for you without responsibilities.
