While there are some quaint hotels or bed & breakfasts in town the best option for anyone in a group staying in Julian is to explore a large number of vacation rentals in the area. These properties are typically very close to the town and wedding venue and provide more space, privacy, and unique experience for guests joining us for the celebration. Just note, most of the vacation rental properties do require a minimum night stay so we recommend booking for Friday - Sunday and spending some time to enjoy the town on Friday before the festivities start on Saturday.

Flight

SAN - San Diego International Airport

For anyone flying to San Diego, we recommend flying directly to SAN and renting a car during your stay in San Diego. The venue is 45 min - 1 hour from the airport and you'll have a much better experience with the ability to drive and explore all San Diego has to offer. Flying from Boston, JetBlue has a great direct flight with frequent trips.

Julian Lodge Bed and Breakfast

Designed after the Washington Hotel, this 1885 bed-and-breakfast is less than 1 block from the shops, restaurants, and historic points of interest on the town's Main Street. Traditional rooms and suites with en suite bathrooms, antique furnishings, and cotton quilts offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and designer coffeemakers. Some rooms also have microwaves and minifridges. Suites include sitting areas with pull-out sofas. Complimentary amenities include a continental breakfast with pancakes and waffles, all-day beverages, and on-site parking.
