Are my children invited?

Our reception will be an adults-only celebration with the only exception being for those in the wedding party.

Do I get a plus-one?

Answer

All invited guests are specifically listed on your invitation. We would love to say the more the merrier! However, we have chosen a smaller venue to keep our big day an intimate affair with those we love and care about.

The property is huge! Where should I stay?

Answer

You’re welcome to stay anywhere on the property! Complimentary shuttles will run throughout the evening to transport guests between all locations. The reception will be held at the Golf Course Clubhouse, and the golf cottages are the closest option for easy access after the celebration.

What should I wear?

Our wedding attire is cocktail or black-tie optional. We’d love to see you dressed in your sparkliest best!

Is the property handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! The property is handicap accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs or require additional accommodations, please reach out to Matt or Meredith directly, and we will be happy to make sure you’re taken care of.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive at the venue by 3:30 PM to allow sufficient time for shuttle transportation to the ceremony. The weekend of our wedding is historically peak foliage, and the surrounding landscapes are expected to be especially vibrant. Early arrival is welcome for those who wish to enjoy the views or take a scenic tram ride to the mountain summit.

Tell me about the parking situation.

Answer

There will be ample complimentary parking, with shuttles available throughout the day to transport guests around the property. Guests not staying on-site should plan to park at the Tram Haus Lodge for the ceremony, and then drive to the Golf Course Clubhouse for the reception.

I'm traveling from out of town; are there other events besides the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There is a golf outing on Friday, 9/25 for those who would like to join, and there will be a welcome party Friday evening. There will be a brunch option on Sunday morning; more details to follow.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will offer a moment for guests to take photos of us during the ceremony, but will otherwise ask that our family and friends be fully present. As such, we are kindly asking that you keep your phone away and on silent for an uninterrupted ceremony. We are so excited to see the photos you take both before and after the ceremony and during the reception! We will have a link for photosharing at the reception and can't wait to see what you capture <3
