Are my children invited?
Answer
Our reception will be an adults-only celebration with the only exception being for those in the wedding party.

Do I get a plus-one?
Answer
All invited guests are specifically listed on your invitation. We would love to say the more the merrier! However, we have chosen a smaller venue to keep our big day an intimate affair with those we love and care about.

The property is huge! Where should I stay?
Answer
You can stay anywhere! There will be free shuttles throughout the night to bring you to the different sites on the property.

What should I wear?

The attire for our wedding is cocktail/black-tie optional.

Is the property handicap accessible?
Answer
Yes! If you need additional information on accessibility needs, please reach out to Matt or Meredith directly and we will make sure you are taken care of.

What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
We recommend getting to the venue by 3:30 pm, but feel free to arrive earlier to take in the foliage views or even take a scenic tram ride to the top of the mountain!

Tell me about the parking situation.
Answer
There is plenty of free parking. You will park in the main hotel lot, and once you park, you will follow the signs to the tram entrance for the ceremony.

I'm traveling from out of town; are there other events besides the wedding?
Answer
Yes! There is a golf outing on Friday, 9/25 for those who would like to join, and there will be a hosted welcome dinner Friday evening. There will be a brunch option on Sunday morning; more details to follow.
Question
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We will offer a moment for guests to take photos of us during the ceremony, but will otherwise ask that our family and friends be fully present. As such, we are kindly asking that you keep your phone away and on silent for an uninterrupted ceremony. We are so excited to see the photos you take both before and after the ceremony and during the reception! We will have a link for photosharing at the reception and can't wait to see what you capture <3
