Welcome Party

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Dress in your best Western wear! Bolo ties, boots, hats, you name it! Ladies, you won't want to wear heels as the ground is uneven.

Come join us to kick off our Wedding Weekend with a Western-themed cocktail party! There will be drinks, games, music and the most beautiful views of Flathead Lake :) All are encouraged to explore the local area for dinner on own afterward (check out our restaurant recommendations in the “Things To Do” section). Parking is limited. Please do your best to carpool with other wedding guests.

Lindsay & Matt's Wedding

4:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Semi-formal attire is requested. (Ladies, you may want to wear a thicker heel as the wedding is outdoors.)

There will be parking on site, but carpooling to the venue is highly encouraged! Please plan accordingly as the road to the venue is dark and windy at parts. Cell service is also limited. We will have 20-passenger van available starting at 9:30pm through the end of the evening for those who would like a ride down the hill. Drop off locations will include any cabins along Blacktail Road our guests may be staying at or at Volunteer Park in Lakeside for those who want to "park & ride" from there. Guests are welcome to leave their cars and pick them up the following day. Dinner: For those who prefer a vegan, pescatarian or other specific dietary requirement, please reach out to Matt or Lindsay directly and we will be sure you are accommodated (most of the dinner is gluten free!)
