Question

What time does the wedding start?

Answer

Our Ceremony will start at 3:30pm, please arrive between 3-3:25 and join us for a pre-ceremony drink.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress your best in Formal or Elevated Cocktail Attire. For women, we encourage midi and floor-length dresses, or an elegant jumpsuit. For men, we recommend a suit and tie or a sport coat with dress pants and a tie. October evenings can be cool, so you may wish to bring a light jacket or wrap. Please avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our Ceremony and Reception will be indoors, but we are hoping for an outdoor cocktail hour on the patio. The location of cocktail hour will be decided at a later date depending on the weather forcast.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all invited guests, the invitees in your party are noted on your invitation.

How do I get to the Venue/Where do I park?

Answer

There is a large parking lot in front of both the Evergreen Lodge and Reception Hall. Depending on what specific location you put into maps it may not take you all the way to the parking lot. Likely your maps will stop you right in front of the Evergreen Aviation Museum Building which forks in two directions. Please take a left at the fork in the road and follow until you see the sign that says "Evergreen Chapel". Continue past that wooden sign on the road that will curve around into the parking lots in front of our Venues.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We'll have an open bar with beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages available throughout the reception. We're excited to raise a glass with you and celebrate together! If you plan to drink, we encourage you to arrange a safe ride home.

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Sunday August 9th. We will need to get the final headcount to the vendor shortly after that and want to ensure we can accommodate everyone

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer
