My sister and very best friend. If we weren’t related that would still be true. She is, and always has been, so smart, wise, and understanding. I have always been the problem McCormick sister and I have always been able to count on her to give me the best advice whether I want to hear it or not. She is one of the most thoughtful and caring people I know. I don’t know how I got so lucky to have one of the best people I have ever met be my sister. She is so fun and funny. I don’t think I could ever get so sick of her that I didn’t want her around (and that’s saying a lot, just ask Matt how often she’s with us). I am so thankful to be able to have her stand next to me as my maid of honor.

Maechyl and I met in high school and instantly bonded over music. He quickly became a close friend who I could, and still can, rely on for just about anything. He is one of the most thoughtful, caring, and insightful people I have in my life. Every time we get together we make some of the worst music you can imagine, make some of the worst food you can imagine, and laugh until we cry. Every single time. Everything is more fun with Maechyl around and I'm so glad he agreed to be my best boy!

She was the first real friend I made after changing schools in sixth grade. I don’t know how I would’ve made the transition if it wasn’t for her. No matter what is going on in each other’s lives, we have always managed to make time to be there for one another when we need it most. She is one of the most selfless, kind, (secretly wild) people you will ever meet, and one of the best friends I could ever have.

Joe was the first friend I made when I moved to town but we couldn't become "official" friends until we raced on our bikes. I fell, ended up knocking myself out, and we've been best friends ever since. Almost every funny story I have to tell involves Joe in one way or another. He's one of the funniest, most caring, and most stubborn people in my life. I know I can always count on Joe for anything... unless it requires eating vegetables. The kid won't eat anything green, it's ridiculous.

We have been by each other’s side for all of the biggest milestones in one another's lives no matter what. She is truly one of my deepest, most cherished, best friendships. Having someone you love so much be such a constant in your life is such a treat. We have gone from being too loud and annoying our families, to too loud and annoying our husbands, and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

Dev and I met in high school but didn't really become friends until afterwords and I never really understood why we didn't become friends sooner. It's always a good time when Dev is around. Whether it's music, food, alcohol, or all three, we always have a good time together and I'm so happy he'll be standing up there with me.

My first girl friend. She moved onto our street when we were 5 and 6. I didn’t have many friends around because I didn’t go to school here, but luckily for me I didn’t need many. I had her. She was my sister before I had one. We’ve done everything. We’ve lived together, cried together, belly laughed more times than I could count. We annoy each other like sisters, but if there is one person I could count on to bail me out of jail, no questions asked it would be her (if I gave her the money of course).

Cam and I met in sixth grade. We both had long hair and enjoyed heavy music so it was an instant-bond. We stayed friends throughout school and became roommates after high school! Cam doesn't have a mean bone in his body and he brightens every room he walks into. He's a big goof and it wouldn't feel right if he wasn't one of my groomsmen.

I hadn’t made any friends in college yet and I saw her and honestly just latched on. I quickly picked her as one of my best friends, she didn’t have a choice. I don’t know what I would’ve done then without her, and certainly couldn’t imagine not having such an amazing friend in my life now. She just radiates warm, fun, and happy. Seriously, if you strike up a conversation at the wedding, you’ll see what I mean.

Ryan is another close friend I've kept since middle school. Our love for spice and BBQ is something I cherish very much. He is someone I look up to and someone I know I can always count on. No matter what we do, we always have a good time when we hang out. I'm happy to call Ryan one of my best friends and also happy to be able to call him one of my groomsmen!

I don’t know how she balances being one of the most driven, hardworking people I know with being so fun, funny, and silly, but she does. We met and literally that weekend she stayed at my house for two nights and then a couple months later moved in with my family for the summer. We instantly formed such a great friendship. It almost doesn’t feel possible that I would be able to make a life long best friend in such a short amount of time, but we just fit.

Pat and I became good friends right before high school and managed to stay good friends despite going to different schools. Our friendship truly began after a ridiculous night at a friends house and a ridiculous bike ride home (again with the bikes). We've grown up together, even going as far as learning to like onions together. That's a real friendship. I always have a good time when i hang out with Pat and I couldn't imagine not having him as one of my groomsmen.

You will never have someone more concerned for your well being than her. She cares so deeply about every one she loves and it just feels so lucky to have been picked to be one of those people. To have a best friend care so deeply about you and always be there for you is so special. You’ll find her “making shapes” on the dance floor, go join her, she’s the best.

Zach Buckley

My friendship with Zach isn't quite normal. Zach and I met online through our love of music and our friendship grew from that. He quickly became one of my closest friends despite living the farthest away. With Zach living in London, hanging out in person isn't the easiest thing to do. We've met up a few times, both in the US and in London, and it's a blast every time. I'm very happy with the friendship we have and I'm so glad Zach will be here as one of my groomsmen.
