FAQs

If you have any other questions that aren't listed here, feel free to reach out to Matt or Karli!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 25th!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM so our guests should arrive around 4:30 PM. We're so excited to spend our special day with you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Business/Wedding Casual... No jeans please! With that being said, be mindful of the weather! While our reception will be held inside, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. We'll have plenty of blankets prepared if it's chilly out!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a +1 on your formal invitation, absolutely! If there is no information on your formal invitation about a +1 then, unfortunately, no. Our wedding guest list is nearing the venue's maximum occupancy so unfortunately we have to be mindful of that.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids, and we love your kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off to celebrate with us! The only kids who will be attending are the ones in our wedding party.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

Our photographer, Tracy Orzel, is amazing (she took our engagement photos)! We trust her to capture the most important moments of our day. During the ceremony we will ask all of our guests to take exactly 0 photos. With that being said, once the ceremony is over you are more than welcome to take as many photos as your heart desires. Feel free to share your post-ceremony photos and use our wedding hashtag #KarlisPerfectMattch

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

As does Matt, the groom! We've made sure that the food menu is incredibly inclusive for everyone with food allergies and dietary restrictions. TRAIL BREAK taps + tacos, will be providing an extremely tasty (and versatile!) dinner for us all. Gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options will be available for dinner and desserts! If you have any questions feel free to reach out to either the bride or the groom and we'll be happy to help you however we can. We want everyone to enjoy the food without having to settle!

Question

Can We Bring Our Own Alcohol?

Answer

Short answer: No. Long answer: Also no. The Bellows Walpole Inn has a No Outside Alcohol policy. Enjoy drinks on us during the cocktail hour! The reception will have a full cash bar. Please drink responsibly!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Our guests will be directed to park at the end of Potato Barn Lane, just outside of our reception space. The ceremony will be held a short walk away.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes we are! Head over to the Registry page to view our registries.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are options! The wedding party has booked the Inn for the entirety of the weekend. We don't have a hotel block anywhere, as there aren't many hotels super close to the Inn. In the 'Travel' tab we have attached some hotels that are in Keene (about 20 minutes away).

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There are currently no plans to offer transportation to and from our venue. If you plan on having alcoholic beverages on our special day, please do so responsibly. We may look into transportation options if enough people are interested!

Question

Dang, the Bride is pretty cute, is she single?

Answer

No, she is engaged to be married on September 25, 2021. That is the reason you're on this website in the first place.
