While you're on Pico, we highly recommend indulging in the local seafood and stepping outside your comfort zone to try traditional Portuguese dishes.
Pico - Activities
Just so you know, Pico isn’t about fast-paced tourism—there’s not even one traffic light on the island. The biggest delay you’ll hit is a herd of cows in the road. It’s peaceful, laid-back, and feels like a step back in time—perfect to unwind and unplug.
Other Islands
Pico is neighbored by two easily accessible islands—Faial and São Jorge—both reachable by ferry for a day trip or a longer stay.
