Yes! Thank you for being part of our “no phones, just feels” ceremony. We want everyone fully present as we start this next chapter of our lives together—no distractions, just love (and maybe a few happy tears). Our amazing photo and video team will capture the special moments, so please keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony—except for a quick photo opportunity we’ll announce (perfect for the ‘Gram, TikTok, or just to treasure!) We want our photos to capture your smiling faces—not a sea of glowing screens—so we can all look back and remember the love, not the devices.
We adore kids, but for this celebration, we’re keeping it adults-only—except for our very important children (VICs) in the bridal party. So, while we love your little ones, this party’s vibes are strictly grown-up — think cocktails, dancing, and maybe a little mischief. Thanks for helping us keep the party just right!
We ask that you arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM so you have plenty of time to find your seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 4 PM. Depending on how quickly you walk and where you park, it could take just a few minutes to a little longer to get from the parking lot to the ceremony site.
There will be ample parking on site!!
If the weather’s on our side, the ceremony will take place outdoors. If it looks like rain (or anything less than ideal), we’ll move it inside the venue. Be sure to bring a jacket or anything else you might need to stay comfy! The reception and dinner will be held indoors at The Wire.
Not at all—sit wherever you’d like! No need to choose a side, we’re all in this together now! We only ask that you leave the first 1-2 rows on either side open for our parents and siblings so they can have front-row seats to the “I do’s.” Other than that, pick your spot, settle in, and enjoy the show!
Just click on the “RSVP” tab at the top of the webpage! When you respond, be sure to answer all the questions—including your entrée and first course selections, any dietary restrictions, and whether you’ll be staying at the hotel.
No problem! There’s a question on the RSVP form where you can let us know about any dietary restrictions. We’ll work with our caterer to make sure you’re well taken care of—everyone deserves a delicious meal!
Yes—cheers to that! 🍸 We want everyone to have a great time, so if you plan to drink, please make arrangements to get home safely. Your good time (and safety) means the world to us!
