The Villa is located in the lakeside village of Passignano Sul Trasimeno in the Italian region of Umbria, known for art, history, culture, wine, olive oil and truffles. Here are some ideas of possible activities during your free time.

Close to the villa or nearby hotel, Lake Trasimeno has a quaint downtown area with cafes and shops, there is also an island in the middle of the lake reachable by a quick ferry!

We have arranged transportation on Monday, October 20th for anyone interested in visiting Cortona. For transportation meet at Villa San Crispolto at 9:45am and will be leaving Cortona at 3pm.

La Rocca, a medieval fortress that's now a museum. You can access the fortress via a set of narrow steps through the residential area of the town. Once at the top you can enjoy some of the best views out across the lake.

La Rocca di Passignano sul Trasimeno

You can take a ferry out to the middle of the lake and to its islands. There are three islands in total with the most interesting two being Isola Maggiore and Isola Polvese.
