Yes! Renting a car is a possibility, we just got back from Italy and rented a car driving from Rome to Passignano with no issues. There is plenty of parking at the villa. Suggested to not drive in the actual city of Rome and to update yourselves on Italy's ZTL laws. (laws in historic parts of various Italian city centers that limit traffic)
No you can take any flight you want, however we are only providing transportation from the airport to the villa at certain times. If you take a different flight and would like to still utilize the arranged transportation, you can go to the airport in Rome where it will leave from at the designated time. Please note that if you do not use the rides that we arrange from the airport, you will be responsible for getting yourself to the venue.
No, unfortunately we do not have space on the guest list or at the accommodations for children. If you would like to arrange your own stay and childcare during the events you will be attending, feel free to travel with your children.
No, unfortunately we will only be able to accommodate guests who were sent invitations.
At this time nothing else is required. You may have heard of a new requirement for a visa to enter the EU or the ETIA system. This will not be implemented until late 2026. Your passport must be valid for least 3 months beyond your departure from Italy, meaning it cannot expire before January 2026. Current processing times are 4-6 weeks to get a passport and 6-8 weeks to renew your passport. Please plan accordingly.
Please reach out to Matt or Gabie and we will update here!
