Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We welcome children to join us in celebrating our wedding day. Please let us know if yours will be attending and what age so that we can arrange kid friendly meals and drinks in advance.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on the beach, please bear this in mind when choosing footwear, and the dress code is beach casual.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are so incredibly thankful for the effort you’ll be making to join us for our special day in Brazil. Your presence is your present. If you do wish to honour us with a gift, however, a contribution towards our newlywed fund would be much appreciated.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The state of Ceará is a few degrees south of the equator and is almost always hot. The average minimum temperature in Fortaleza in June is 22.0°C (71.6°F). The average maximum daytime temperature lies around 29.0°C (84.2°F). This makes June the "coldest" month of the year. If you enjoy looking at a blue sky and love the sun than this is a great time to go to Fortaleza with 240 hours of sun.

Question

Do I need a visa to travel to Brazil?

Answer

You will need a valid passport with at least 6 months left till expiry. U.S. citizens traveling to Brazil for tourism do not need a visa.

Question

What are the current Covid-19 entry requirements?

Answer

All travelers are required to present a negative COVID-19 test AND proof of vaccination before boarding your flight. Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 must be an approved vaccine by either Brazil or the country you were immunized, or brands authorized by the WHO. The last dose is to have been administered at least 14 days prior to travel. Negative tests for COVID-19 can be either an antigen test run up to 24 hours prior to boarding or a PCR conducted up to 72 hours before the trip. A traveler's health declaration (DSV) must also be presented to the airline before boarding, which needs to be filled out electronically at most 24 hours before departure to Brazil. This form can be located at https://formulario.anvisa.gov.br/ Please remember that any of these requirements may change before it's time to travel and we will do our best to keep everyone updated and informed.

Question

Will we be required to quarantine when we arrive in Brazil?

Answer

No, there are no quarantine requirements.
