join us on the adventure of a lifetime

Just two months into couplehood, we decided to take our first vacation together: a 9 day road trip up the California coast. A few people said, "That's kind of an intense first trip together!" But for us, it was the perfect start to a lifetime of adventures. We loaded up the car and started our journey from Matt's Venice Beach apartment, grooving to the playlist we curated, stopping in Malibu, Santa Barbara, Paso Robles, Carmel-By-The-Sea, and finally Big Sur. We ventured into tiny shops, hiked huge mountains, accidentally walked a mile up the side of the Pacific Coast Highway to get back to our car, watched Villanova basketball at a winery, woke up to flooding toilet on New Year's Day, and camped among the redwoods. It was beautiful, silly, romantic, logistically challenging, musical, and most of all, full of adventure. Just like us. And now, we are so honored to ask each of you, our friends and family who have guided us and supported us through our years, to join us in the forest on the California coast, as we commit to loving each other for the rest of our days. So let's all gather in California and boogie among the redwoods together! We can't wait to celebrate our love with you, in the forest where it all began!
