Matron of Honor
Cameron met Kristy the summer before starting college, working at summer camp. They were both headed to Texas A&M in the fall and quickly formed a friendship that led to years of late night conversations, sharing rooms, studying abroad, joining family vacations, and eating so much queso together. Although Kristy lives in Nashville, she's stayed a close friend that is more like a sister to Cameron.
Best Man
Matt met John on June 18, 1996, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, where John had been born earlier that day. They have been brothers ever since. Matt's favorite memories with John are family vacations growing up and traveling Europe during John's semester abroad, along with too many concerts and Longhorn games to count.
Bridesmaid
Abbey was in a discipleship cohort with Cameron at Pine Cove the summer before college. They both went to Texas A&M and rushed Chi Omega, which gave them plenty of overlap to form a lasting friendship. Abbey brings "the fun" to any room she's in but also has a level of depth and compassion that has made her an excellent friend, with years of sharing a living space as roommates, collaborating in ministry at church, living down the street as neighbors, and spending hours playing board games over cocktails.
Groomsman
Matt and Eddy met during Matt's senior year of college. Their shared love for beer and breakfast tacos created many opportunities for bonding, and the two became fast friends. Matt's favorite memories with Eddy are living together at Riata after college, Tuesday pint nights at Draught House, visiting Eddy in Denver, and Eddy's wedding in 2018.
Bridesmaid
LD and Cameron met freshman year at A&M as sorority sisters and both moved to Austin soon after college. They were roommates in multiple houses for multiple years, hosting small groups and planning dinner parties and sharing so many big moments of life together. LD is an incredibly loyal friend and the best hang!
Groomsman
Matt and Ben initially met as young teenagers in the student ministry at Hill Country Bible Church, and reconnected after college when they both worked at Hill Country. Their friendship grew even closer during their young adult years as they bonded over the shared experience of working in ministry. Matt's favorite memories with Ben are pulling amazing pranks in high school, teaching retreats for Ben's youth group students, living together in East Austin, Longhorn games, and being the reason Ben met his wife Allison.
Bridesmaid
Cameron and Jordan met 10 years ago through mutual friends at church. They got closer through co-leading a small group together and sharing mutual seasons of highs and lows. They both love hiking and sushi and catching up over a glass of wine.
Groomsman
Matt and Greg met through Eddy Song during Matt's senior year of college. They bonded over the richest of conversations at Flying Saucer (RIP) and Players (also RIP). Matt's favorite memories with Greg are Pint Nights at Draught House, seeing Greg start a family, and the precious moments when they get to visit and catch up since Greg moved to Seattle.
Bridesmaid
Lady grew up with Matt going to Hill Country Church, and years later she married one of Matt’s closest friends (Matt Jones, on the groom’s side of the bridal party!). When Cameron started dating Matt, the Joneses were one of the couples they spent the most time with - from game nights to pool days to long weekend trips. Lady was so welcoming and became a fast friend!
Groomsman
Tolander may have met Jones on a youth missions trip through Covenant Presbyterian when Tolander was in 7th grade, though neither are entirely sure. They definitely connected through Eddy Song during Tolander's senior year of college, enjoying routine hangs at various haunts and dives throughout Austin. The Matts each went their own way for grad school, and enjoyed a joyful reunion when Jones moved back to Austin in 2020. Tolander's favorite memories with Jones are going to shows, trading music recs, boys' trips to Longhorn away games, and hanging out on random weeknights to watch regular-season baseball.
