Matt had a specific day in mind when he was planning to propose to Cameron - January 24th. He invited the family and friends to a surprise party, he made reservations, he bought concert tickets, and then... the weather took a turn. January 24th was shaping up to be an icy day in Austin - places were closing and reservations were getting cancelled left and right! Matt was not deterred :) After plans A, B, and C for proposal locations went out the window, he pivoted to the Austin Public Library, a beautiful modern building in the heart of Austin. After wandering the stacks of books and playing a game of Scrabble, Matt proposed! And of course, Cameron said yes.
