Travel Note

Road Trip!

This is our favorite travel option if you are coming from Los Angeles. It's about a 6 hour + drive ( depending on which route you choose), but this is one of the most scenic road trips you can take along California's coast with plenty of great towns to check out along the way! We suggest making a few stops in Santa Barbara, Solvang (our favorite danish town), Big Sur ( get ready to stop for pictures), Carmel, Monterey, until you arrive in Santa Cruz where you'll be only a short distance from our venue.

Wedding Day Shuttle

We will have three shuttle suv's available to you at the Four Points by Sheraton Scott's Valley hotel running to and from our venue, so you can drink and not worry about driving! If you would like to use the shuttle please contact us directly by email or text and we will make sure you are accounted for!

If you would like a single king bed room there are still some available outside of our block which can be booked directly on their website. The bride and groom will be there May 19th-23rd in case you plan to get in earlier or leave later!

House Or Rental

Airbnb, Hotel, or Camping Options

There are plenty of great Airbnb, hotel, and camping options in the Felton and Santa Cruz area. We will be staying at the Four Points by Sheraton in Scott's Valley with a block of rooms available for our guests ( please see previous note above for more info). To get the most out of your time with family and friends we highly suggest the budget friendly option of splitting a hotel room or large house in the woods or on the beach. There are also several hotel/motel options ranging in price near the historic Santa Cruz boardwalk. Since weddings are booming this year we highly suggest JUMPING ON IT ASAP!

Travel Note

Uber, Lyft, and Self Driving Notes

We do highly suggest that if you are planning to Uber or Lyft that you book your rides well in advance. While they do exist in the area they are very very slow with few drivers available. You may also find that cell service is rough at our venue since we are ya know...in the woods, so best to make your ride plans ahead of time. If you plan on driving yourself to and from the wedding there is plenty of parking at the venue and its already paid for. You can also leave your car overnight at the venue if you've had too much to drink just make sure to retrieve it by 10am the next morning!
