We kindly ask that you RSVP by 1st July 2026
Please inform us of any food allergies or preferences as soon as you are able to so we can make any necessary adjustments to our menu.
There is a car park at the venue for anyone who is hiring a car for the weekend.
We ask that you refrain from taking any pictures during our ceremony and just be present in the moment with us. It will be an incredibly emotional part of the wedding and we ask that phones are kept down and on silent to allow our photographer and videographers to capture the moment.
As this is a summer wedding, we anticipate the temperature to be high. We have tried to minimise the impact of the heat and opted for a later start time of 4pm. There will be umbrellas provided during the ceremony and umbrellas and shaded areas during cocktail hour.
Check in is from 3pm. The welcome dinner will kick off at 6pm, we advise arriving in good time so you have ample time to get ready for the evening.
We have not arranged travel from the airport to the venue as most of our guests are hiring a car. If you are having trouble or are not planning on hiring a car, please let us know and we can look into this for you.
We have booked the whole venue for the weekend, each party will be allocated their rooms on arrival.
We kindly ask that you refrain from posting any pictures until such time that the bride and groom have done so.
Perugia airport is the closest to the venue but there are limited flights so this may not be appropriate depending on what day you are travelling to Italy. Most guests are flying into Rome which is approximately 1 hour 45 minutes from the venue.
Our menu is Italian and centred around foods from the local area.
Our venue is situated in a national park and is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is great for hikes and rock climbing.
The venue does not have a pool but it does have a spa available.
Whilst umbrellas will be provided to guests during the ceremony, feel free to wear sunglasses or a formal hat.
The drive from Rome airport is on motorway/A road type of roads. There is one toll that you have to pass through, make sure you travel through any of the barriers that read "biglietto" this means ticket in Italian. Make sure you go through one of these barriers and not any which have an EU symbol.
