Flight
Flight Details FLIGHT 1: DL 1249 PORTLAND, ME (PWM) > ATLANTA, GA (ATL) Departs: 5:45 am - Arrives: 8:33 am FLIGHT 2: DL 900 ATLANTA, GA (ATL) > SAN JOSE, CR (SJO) Departs: 9:57 am - Arrives: 12:00 pm These are our outbound flights from Portland to Atlanta and then Atlanta to San Jose, Costa Rica. Atlanta is one of the better airports to have a layover in our opinion as we flew out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL in October and back into Orlando, both of which we did not care for.

Travel Note
Tipping is similar to here in the US for Cabs, concierge, etc. When it comes to tipping at restaurants most will add at 10% service fee and you do not need to tip. Just look at the bill, and it will be at the bottom as a line item.
Travel Note
There is plenty of public transportation. Buses run from the town of Quepos all the way to Manuel Antonio National park. The bus fee is about $0.70 USD or 330 colones (Costa Rican currency) Taxis are available and can be called. Cost depends on the distance but typically for the area is about $10.00 USD or 5,000 + colones NOTE: Only the red colored taxis are official and any other may not be safe.
Hotel
One of the venues we looked at for the wedding. a little more upscale, but very gorgeous!
Hotel
This is the place where we stayed during our trip in October. beautiful spot with four restaurants and rooms to fit every budget. We did not find the beds super comfortable though.
