Booking Instructions

If you would like to book directly through the resort's website, here are the steps: Promo Code - PSWMAY21XPM 1. Click the link below, or go to https://www.excellenceresorts.com/cancun/excellence-playa-mujeres. 2. At the bottom of the website, select your dates, number of guests, and enter the Promo Code. 3. Click Check Availability. Once the page loads, check to make sure that the Promo Code has been applied. 4. Once you have decided on a room category, click Events Rate + Free Transfer. Click Add to start your reservation. 5. In the Comments section on the next page, add the Promo Code. Complete your booking, and that's it! Alternatively, you may call 1 (866) 540-2585 to make your reservation.

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the best airport to fly into for this trip, and it's only a 40 minute drive from the resort. Included in the Promo Code is a free round-trip shuttle from the airport to the resort and back. Please email transfers@seasonstours.com with your flight information and reservation number. Please remember the Promo Code only applies to guests staying at least three nights, and it can only be used for rooms, not flight+hotel packages. We recommend booking your accommodations once you know you will be attending, since rooms are subject to availability.

We always try to bring as much sunscreen as we think we'll need, since it is expensive to buy at the resort. We've also found bug spray to be helpful in the evenings. Having the Excellence Collection app downloaded onto our phones allows us to have resort information such as maps, activity and entertainment schedules, and restaurant hours and menus at our fingertips. Don't worry about making dinner reservations - simply pick a restaurant and show up! However, you may need to check the restaurants' dress codes. We usually bring a handful of small bills for tipping. It's not necessary, but we like to show our appreciation to the workers for making us feel so at home. The spa offers a 20% discount if you book with them before you arrive at the resort. You can find their menu on the app. If you would like to take advantage of this, please email spa.xpm@excellenceresorts.com. If you would like to wait until after you arrive, make sure to mention the Promo Code for a 10% discount!
