What time can I check into the hotel?

Answer

Check-in at the Hampton Inn is at 3:00 pm. Call the hotel for early check-in requests.

What time is the bus coming for hotel guests?

Answer

The bus will arrive at the hotel at 3:30pm There will not be a second bus, and you must catch this one, or you will have to drive.

Are children under 12 allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to limited space and our desire to create an adult-focused atmosphere, we kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, please feel free to bring a plus one. Otherwise, we respectfully ask that you attend solo. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Due to limited space, we ask that only those named on the invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes. However, your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. If you’d like to contribute further, we would gratefully accept a monetary gift to help us start our new life together.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue has free parking for those wishing to drive. We ask that all guests who are enjoying alcohol please stay at the hotel and take the bus, or have a designated driver

Can you bring food and drinks on the bus?

Answer

Yes. Alcoholic beverages are permitted but must be in plastic bottles.

Answer

We have spent time and money providing transportation to and from the venue. In the event someone gets sick on the bus we will ask you to pay the cleaning fee. There is no Smoking/ Vaping or chewing tobacco allowed and only service animals permitted.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

There is a lodge on site where you can wait, but ideally, we would only want guests to arrive no more than a half hour ahead of time. 4 pm
