Check-in at the Hampton Inn is at 3:00 pm. Call the hotel for early check-in requests.
The bus will arrive at the hotel at 3:30pm There will not be a second bus, and you must catch this one, or you will have to drive.

Yes, the venue has free parking for those wishing to drive. We ask that all guests who are enjoying alcohol please stay at the hotel and take the bus, or have a designated driver
Yes. Alcoholic beverages are permitted but must be in plastic bottles.
We have spent time and money providing transportation to and from the venue. In the event someone gets sick on the bus we will ask you to pay the cleaning fee. There is no Smoking/ Vaping or chewing tobacco allowed and only service animals permitted.
There is a lodge on site where you can wait, but ideally, we would only want guests to arrive no more than a half hour ahead of time. 4 pm
