Matt and Hannah met while biking at Maryland Mountain in Blackhawk. They went to check out a new trail. In the parking lot, Hannah noticed the three guys she had just met on trail sharing 1 beer, so she invited them to join her tailgating group. In the conversation that followed, Matt and Hannah learned they had a lot of overlapping time in Summit County and had many hobbies in common—including mountain biking, rafting, and skiing, to list a few. It was ironic that had Hannah left Summit, only to meet (her future husband) Matt, who lived there. From there, Matt was invited to Hannah’s annual Pumpkin Party, Hannah was invited on a river trip with Matt, Matt joined Hannah on her fall biking trip to Sedona, and the adventures continued. It was not until Hannah’s company Christmas Party that the two of them “officially” became a couple, and the rest is history!
