We have been working very closely alongside of Crispin to ensure the safety of all our guests. We are moving forward with our wedding for July 24th. Due to covid-19, we have made small changes to accommodate with social distancing. Our ceremony was originally supposed to take place indoors at a church. However, we have decided to hold it at an outdoor ceremony at Crispin Hill. This way guests will be outside and will be more spread out. Our reception is also outdoors under tents. This will allow everyone to be more spread out. Of course, we want our guests safety to be our top priority. That being said, if you are someone who is at risk or feels uncomfortable, we ask that you stay home. We will miss you, however, we completely understand. We are looking in to doing some sort of live stream for those who are not able to attend. More information will be given out as the wedding comes closer. Thank you all for your prayers! We are so excited to get married!!
Our venue's answer: 1) At this point the state is requiring masks when you cannot social distance the 6 ft. 2) Masks are not required when eating and drinking (cocktail hour or dinner). 3) Ceremony: We will social distance the rows with no more than 10 guests per row (similar to dining) so that masks will not be required during the ceremony. 4) Dancing: this may be the place where social distancing will be the hardest and masks would be necessary if you cannot social distance. We are talking about adding an outdoor dancing area for social distancing..TBD
