Please book your room as soon as possible! We expect rooms to fill quickly and strongly encourage guests to reserve their accommodations well in advance to ensure availability and secure our discounted group rate. A block of rooms has been reserved for our wedding weekend at Minerals Hotel at Crystal Springs Resort, where all wedding events will take place. To book your room, please copy/paste this link into your browser (https://bit.ly/TuckerMeadWedding) or you can call the resort directly at 866-921-0422 and choose prompt #2 for hotel reservations. Be sure to mention that you are booking specifically for the Tucker-Mead wedding to receive the group rate. Room Options: Deluxe Room with two queen beds Luxury Room with one king bed and a pull-out couch *A one-night room rate (plus tax) will be collected at the time of reservation Rooms will be held at the discounted rate until Tuesday, July 14, 2026. After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released to the public, and the group rate will no longer be guaranteed. Bookings made after that date will be subject to regular resort pricing and availability. Driving to Minerals Hotel
For guests traveling from nearby, driving is the easiest and most flexible option. The venue is located just off Route 94 in Vernon Township and offers free on-site parking. Please enter the following address into your GPS or map app for the most direct route: Minerals Hotel 2 Chamonix Drive Vernon Township, NJ 07462 Look for signage for Crystal Springs Resort – Minerals Hotel as you approach. We recommend allowing extra time for weekend traffic and enjoying the scenic drive through northern New Jersey!

Traveling from NYC
If you're coming from New York City, the most efficient way to reach the venue is by car. The wedding is taking place at Minerals Hotel in Vernon, New Jersey, which is about a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from Manhattan. We explored public transportation options, but weekend service to the area is extremely limited and not reliable for wedding-day travel. For that reason, we strongly recommend renting a car or carpooling with friends (there is free parking available at the hotel). If you’d like to rent a car, we’ve rounded up a few trusted companies that are highly rated for customer service and have multiple locations throughout NYC: National Car Rental – Known for exceptional customer service and smooth booking experience. Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Reliable and convenient with many neighborhood pickup locations. Avis – Great option for flexible rentals and airport pick-ups. We recommend booking your rental at least 3-4 weeks in advance to lock in the best weekend rates and vehicle availability. Flying In from Out of Town
The three major airports closest to Minerals Hotel in Vernon, New Jersey are: Newark Liberty International (EWR) – 1 hour and 10 minutes away LaGuardia (LGA) – 1 hour and 30 minutes away John F. Kennedy International (JFK) – 1 hour and 45 minutes away Once you land, the best way to reach the venue is by renting a car. While rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available, having a rental car will make your travel smoother (especially if you're staying for the weekend or want flexibility during your trip). All major rental companies are available at each airport. We recommend booking your rental car 3–4 weeks in advance to secure the best rates and availability.
