Travel Note

Prince William Forest Park, Camp 5 Happyland

Our wedding campsite includes cabins with enough beds for all our guests. We would love to have our guests spend Saturday night camping with us in the cabins. The cabins are simple buildings with beds and mattresses. We are asking guests provide their own linens (bedding, pillows, towels) if they'd like to camp. There are two types of cabins. The smaller cabins sleep 2-10 people while the larger cabins sleep 26 people. All cabins only have single beds. There is a shared bathroom in a separate building for the smaller cabins. The larger group cabins have a bathroom inside the building. Once all the RSVPs have been received we will do our best to put each group in the cabin style (small or large) of their choice. We hope to have enough small cabins for those who want, but we may not. This is why we will notify everyone before the wedding as to which cabin they've been matched with. Of course you can choose not to camp if they cabin style doesn't match your preference.

Hotel

Ramada by Wyndham Triangle/Quantico

We know not everyone will choose to camp so we suggest the Ramada. It's the closest hotel to the park site where the wedding will take place. All guests who aren't camping will have to leave the park by 10pm the night of the wedding (don't worry we'll wrap up all the important stuff by then). For those who won't have cars or won't want to drive the night of, Uber and Lyft operate in the area for the short drive to the park site.

If you'd like more hotel options there are additional hotels a 20 plus minute drive away including Hampton Inn Dumfries/Quantico, Holiday Inn Dumfries - Quantico Center, and Comfort Inn Near Quantico Main Gate North among others.
