Yes, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding date from April 25, 2020 to Saturday, July 18, 2020 (same time and location). The health and wellbeing of our friends and family are our first priority, and we will continue to keep everyone updated if there are additional changes.
If you are able to attend our rescheduled wedding date (July 18, 2020) and you RSVPd "Yes" to our original date, you do NOT need to RSVP again. However if you are unable to make the new date, please use the RSVP tab to change your RSVP, or contact us directly.
Our venue will be meticulously following all current guidelines of the CDC. The staff will utilize social distancing and proper cleaning protocols. Tables will also be social distanced. Masks are required when walking through the venue and not seated at your table. We will provide them, along with personal bottles of hand sanitizer. We kindly ask that any guests who have have traveled internationally or experienced a fever, cough, or any other symptoms of illness within 14 days of the wedding please inform us ASAP.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Dress jeans are allowed, but no shorts, ball caps, flip flops, etc. are allowed in the venue.
The venue, La Cima Club, is located just half a mile (10 minute walk) from the Marriott Dallas Las Colinas. Rooms can be booked using the link for our reservation block: https://www.marriott.com/events/start.mi?id=1578500086255&key=GRP.
Our reception will be held at the same venue as the ceremony. La Cima Club is located in Las Colinas, which is a suburb of Irving, Texas. The address is 5215 North O'Connor Boulevard - The Tower at Williams Square, Irving, TX 75039. It is a 15 minute drive from DFW airport. The ceremony will be held outside, then the reception will be held inside The Tower on the 26th floor.
There is complimentary self-parking available in the garage at La Cima Club. You can walk from the garage to the outdoor ceremony site located right next to the parking garage, just across the street. Following the ceremony, they will provide access into the building via the ground floors doors for the reception. Please bring your garage ticket to the reception venue for validation. If you will be arriving late or for all other "after-hours" access to the reception, please note that the building locks the ground floor doors during the weekend, and guests can go to garage Level 5 and enter the building through the Skybridge that connects the garage to Williams Square. If the glass door is locked, you can press the doorbell for assistance and mention that you are going to La Cima Club. After you enter the building, you will go down the escalator and follow the glass atrium to the center tower elevators. The reception will be located on the 26th floor of the center tower.
