The ceremony will take place in the Grand Lobby on the ground level of the Columbia Club.
Please plan to be seated between 5 and 5:20 p.m. We will have a live musical prelude beginning at 5 p.m. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m.
The reception and ceremony are Black Tie Optional - Color Encouraged! However, formal evening attire is also acceptable. The most important thing is that you feel great and have fun!
Yes, there will be an art fair right on Monument Circle on the day of our wedding. This may be a neat activity for out-of-towners. Check out monumentcircleart.org for more details.
Yes, the Columbia Club has on-site valet parking. There is also street parking near Monument Circle. Please note that parking on the circle may be limited on Saturday due to the art fair. Valet parking on Saturday during the art fair will be located on Pennsylvania and Meridian.
We recommend staying at The Columbia Club. We have a room block, and the ceremony and reception will be there. Plus, the Columbia Club is located in the heart of downtown Indy, making it an ideal home base if you are looking to stay for the weekend! * Please indicate you are staying at the Columbia Club when you RSVP for a special treat! * Please call the Columbia Club directly to reserve your room at 317-767-1361 and reference the Mathis-McHugh Wedding. We have rooms reserved from October 4th through and including the 6th. Other lodging options include the Conrad, the Alexander, and Bottleworks Hotel (each within walking distance of the venue).
No, we set things up so that everyone can sleep, eat, and 'marry' under one roof - if you stay at the Columbia Club, the wedding will be a short elevator ride away!
